Sean Casey · 3× MLB All-Star · .302 Career Hitter · Former New York Yankees Hitting Coach · 2026 World Baseball Classic, Team USA Hitting Coach · On-Air MLB Network Analyst
An 8-week live program with Sean Casey, John Dennis and Sarah Casey. For athletes, and for anyone whose work happens under pressure. Not positive thinking. Not another mechanics lesson. A system you run when your heart rate is up and the moment feels too big.

Sean spent 12 seasons in the big leagues and has coached hitters from high school to the Yankees clubhouse and Team USA. We have run this program with athletes, coaches, executives, founders and professionals who perform for a living. The problem is the same in every arena.
This is not a video course you work through alone. Every week you're in the room with Sean Casey, John Dennis and Sarah Casey, working the material against what's actually happening in your season, your semester or your quarter.
By the end of eight weeks, you will:
Sean Casey isn't a mental performance coach who read about pressure. He lived it for 12 seasons in the Major Leagues. 1,531 hits, three All-Star games, a .529 average in the 2006 World Series. He'll tell you the swing was never the hard part. The hard part was the moment.
Nicknamed "The Mayor," Sean has spent nearly 20 years as an on-air analyst for MLB Network, breaking down what separates the guys who produce when the lights come on from the guys who look great in batting practice. He went back into the dugout as hitting coach for the New York Yankees, and again as hitting coach for Team USA at the 2026 World Baseball Classic. Every level, same conclusion: talent is not enough if your mind quits before your body does.

John Dennis has spent his life in the arenas where the body gives out before the will does. He played college football, then competed internationally in strongman for Team USA, a sport with no crowd to carry you and no teammate to cover for you. Today he owns a premier athletic strength and training facility, training professional and college level athletes at the exact point in a session where the good ones and the elite ones separate. He is also an author, and has been Sean's trainer and accountability partner for years.
Sarah built her career in high-pressure corporate finance in downtown New York City, working in hedge funds and private equity, then founded a nationwide corporate wellness company and previously owned a wellness center and a nutrition company. She has coached since 2011 and is a certified integrative health coach holding several additional health and mindfulness certifications.
Sarah turned Breakthrough Pro from a set of principles into a curriculum, building what Sean and John had lived into the presentations and workbook you'll work from. In the live sessions she teaches the fundamentals, how you eat, sleep, move, breathe and focus, and translates the work for the professionals in the room, so what holds up in the ninth inning holds up in the board meeting.
All three are certified mental performance coaches.
"Great coaches condense time. Breakthrough Pro is where we pass on the lessons that helped us become more resilient, more intentional, and more prepared to be at our best."

Here's what happens when you enroll:
$497 is a real investment, and you've probably heard mental toughness talk before that changed nothing. So let's take the risk off you.
Enroll. Show up to the first live session and do the work. If it isn't for you, email us within 30 days and we refund every penny. You keep everything you've been given.
The only possible outcome is that you win.
Athletes, coaches, parents, executives, founders, students and anyone who competes under pressure. Roughly half of every cohort is not a competing athlete. If you've been better in practice than in games, better in prep than in the room, or you've watched someone you coach lose to the moment, it's for you.
Every session is recorded and added to your account within 24 hours. Show up live when you can. The live sessions are where you get coached directly.
No. Sean's stories come from the Major Leagues, but pressure is pressure. Softball, football, basketball, golf, wrestling and track sit in the same room as executives, founders, sales teams, physicians, students and parents, and everyone works the same eight weeks. Swap the at-bat for the pitch meeting, the tryout for the interview, the ninth inning for the deadline, and every tool still holds.
One live session per week, plus a few minutes a day on the practices between sessions. The daily work is small on purpose. That's what makes it stick.
Yes. Show up to the first live session and do the work. If it isn't for you, email us within 30 days for a full refund.
No. Breakthrough Pro is educational coaching and performance training. It is not medical, psychological or mental health treatment. If you need that kind of support, please work with an appropriate licensed professional.
